When you look out the window it's hard to believe it, but it is actually in fact spring! Which means, it's time for some spring cleaning!

In the meantime, today we are talking about the Spring cleaning tools I can't live without. I hate cleaning. But if I'm going to do it, then I'm going to use the right tools that will get the job done so that it's a long time before I have to clean again.
1. Microfiber Cloths
Microfiber cloths are the best for dusting and cleaning. They can dust furniture, clean glass, and clean electronics without having to switch between types of cleaners. Talk about efficiency. My favorite are the MagicFiber cloths that you can find on Amazon. With over 10,000 reviews and 4.8/5 stars, you don't have to just take my word for it. A close second would have to be the Amazon Basic Micro Fiber Cloths. They are nice and fluffy for holding onto the dust.
2. Sponges
Sponges are essential for cleaning, especially in the kitchen. My favorite sponge definitely has to be the Sponge Daddy by Scrub Daddy. This sponge has a regular sponge side and a scrub side. The scrubber is specially made to not scratch surfaces so you can use it all over the kitchen. It is also mold resistant so you don't have to worry about it turning weird colors and getting gross. The smiley face makes it easy to grip when cleaning things like glasses and you can use the smiley mouth to clean both sides of spoons in one swipe!
3. Blind Cleaner
Dusting the blinds is super annoying and tedious. All those little tiny strips. Did you know that there is actually a tool called a blind cleaner. Well I didn't until recently. This cool tool makes cleaning the blinds so much more efficient. It's like a sideways fork with micro fiber sleeves which allows you to clean both sides of multiple blinds at the same time. Whoever came up with this is pure genius!
4. Rubber Gloves
One of the biggest deterrents to cleaning is getting yourself dirty. I hate sticking my hand under the couch because with 2 small kids in the house, who knows what you might find under there? Rubber gloves are a must have for any major cleaning. They are great for keeping your hands safe doing dishes, scrubbing floors, and any number of cleaning tasks. You can keep this super simple. I like the Playtex brand myself as they come in a variety of sizes to fit my small hands.
5. Vacuum With All The Attachments
There are so so many vacuum cleaners for all different types of floors. There's light weight which is nice if you have stairs, there are the ball ones and the handheld and the heavy duty. I won't propose which particular one will work best for your home, but I will say that having the attachments are essential. This makes quick work of cleaning drapes, and ceiling fans, and vents, and carpets, and upholstery. When you have some good attachments, the vacuum is an essential multi-use tool.
6. Window Cleaner
When you have the right tool for the job, the job goes a million times quicker. Yes, you can clean a window with spray and paper towels, but do you want to? It wastes tons of paper towels and is a lot more work. Investing in a window cleaner is a smart move to make efficient work of your window cleaning.
